Dear Houston Office,
As some of you may know my office is showing a remarkable Christmas spirit. Although I did start the Christmas decorations myself, I cannot claim responsibility for the vast majority of the decorations. Every day for the last couple of weeks, something new shows up in my office. This is the progression of events as I think they happened (please note I didn’t start documenting this until it was evident that there was going to be a progression).
I brought the tree and the stocking. The tree I decorated with two Illinois ornaments. The first thing that happened was that more ornaments showed up. Second, the two presents showed up. Next came the small tree besides the photo.
Then came the garland on my wall.
Then, over the weekend my diplomas got gift-wrapped.
Then, I got a gift of dreidels, don’t ask me how they fit into all of this.
Then came the wreath on my window.
Then I got a door mat.
Then came the ornaments under my desk.
Then I received snowflakes for my pictures.
Then my cabinets got a big bow.
Then the rest of my cabinets were decorated.
Then I got a Santa Sack and some gifts.
Then came the big star on my wall and the Santa on my Keyboard.
And that’s why my office looks the way it does.
Im really not sure who is decorating, but it’s been a lot of fun. It certainly got me into the Christmas spirit. Oh, and if someone wants to come clean, there is a small gift in it for you.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas.
