Haynes Whaley Associates, together with the architect STG Design, designed the 3-story, 148,500 sf office building to be a prominent feature in San Antonio’s new Lifestyle Center, The Rim on Talavera Ridge. The building’s structural system consists of a composite concrete and steel floor framing. 3-story load-bearing concrete tilt-wall panels make up the building’s perimeter.

The project’s sustainable features include water-efficient landscaping, a heat island roof that uses Windtricity from CPS Energy, and light pollution reduction. The project was also recently awarded the “2008 Best in Commercial Real Estate – Best New Office Development Award” by the San Antonio Business Journal.
